Ellie Blot qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist in 2005. She is registered with The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) in the UK. She specialises in retraining the muscles to function properly again following accidents or any misalignment of the muscular-skeletal system, e.g, due to poor posture.
Swedish Massage offers deep tissue massage which relieves pain, increases the blood flow, increases flexibility and reduces stress. In turn, this improves the immune system, whilst at the same time supporting emotional wellbeing. Among the conditions she treats is sciatica, pulled muscles, muscle spasm and muscular ‘knots’.
Realistic treatment plans are tailored to meet the individual patient’s set of symptoms as no two bodies are the same. Ellie prides herself on this individualistic approach which is why she is well respected within this profession, often accepting referrals from within the NHS.
She offers a warm and inviting environment and looks forward to helping you optimise your health
